Centrify Integration
The risk of unauthorized access to accounts due to the compromise of user credentials is a significant concern today. To address this issue, additional security measures can be implemented, and this is made possible with the SecTrail authentication server
In this document, you can find information about two-factor authentication with one-time password (SoftOTP) for Centrify using SecTrail.
Integration of SecTrail and Centrify
- The user enters their credentials for the first authentication on the login screen of Centrify.
- The user's credentials are verified by Centrify (Active Directory) using the entered information,
- If the authentication is successful, Centrify presents the user with a second login screen,
- Through the SecTrail Authenticator mobile application, a software token (SoftOTP) is generated and entered in the second login screen. The one-time password is then sent from Centrify to the SecTrail server. The SecTrail server verifies the one-time password and sends back the response.
- If the response is successful, Centrify starts the session.

If you want to use SoftOTP, you can ensure your security through the SecTrail Authenticator mobile application.
You can download the SecTrail Authenticator application to your mobile device from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
